It starts with the most basic understanding of rope skipping and rope swinging exercises to help children overcome their unfamiliarity with rope skipping. Then, children learn basic skipping methods such as alternate foot skipping and two-foot skipping. Through interesting games like the "Rope Skipping Little Train" and the "One-Minute Rope Skipping Challenge", children can practice repeatedly while having fun and gradually master the rhythm and skills of rope skipping. As children's abilities improve, advanced movements such as jumping jacks and front-back cross skipping are introduced to encourage children to keep challenging themselves.
2. All-round improvement of physical fitness: Rope skipping is an efficient exercise that works out the whole body. Continuous jumping can effectively exercise the leg muscles, enhance leg strength and explosive power, enabling children to run faster and jump higher. The coordinated cooperation of hands and feet during rope skipping significantly improves children's hand-eye coordination, making their movements more agile.
