Physical Fitness Class
This physical fitness course enhances children’s physical fitness, aids height growth, weight control, and sports performance. It also boosts focus, confidence, and nurtures teamwork and leadership.

Intro Basketball
Cutivating basic ball sense, dribbling, throwing and catching, and gradually moving on to simple dribbling and passing exercises, children will gradually master basketball skills in a step-by-step manner.

Intro Tennis
Cultivating initial percetption of tennis through ball throwing and catching games. Then graduating to basic grip, posture and racket swinging exercises, simple rally practice and tennis mini-games.

Jump Rope
Basic understanding of rope skipping and swinging exercises to help children become familiar with rope skipping. Children learn basic skipping methods such as alternate foot skipping and two-foot skipping.

Basic Parkour
Basic movement exercises such as climbing, jumping, and rolling, helping children get familiar with the basic elements of parkour and cultivating their body control ability.

Fitness Assessment
Asses the current fitness of your child, and track their progress as they thrive in attending SIMBA classes
