Starting from the cultivation of basic ball sense, such as dribbling in place, throwing and catching the ball, and gradually moving on to simple dribbling and passing exercises, children will gradually master basketball skills in a step-by-step manner. At the same time, various interesting games are integrated, such as the "Basketball Relay Race" and the "Shooting Adventure", allowing children to get familiar with basketball and fall in love with sports while having fun.
During the basketball training process, children need to keep running, jumping, turning around, and shooting. These movements comprehensively exercise their muscle strength, explosive power, endurance, coordination, and agility. For example, repeated jumping exercises can enhance the strength of leg muscles and the stability of the ankle joints; fast dribbling and passing can improve hand-eye coordination and the body's reaction speed, laying a solid foundation for children's healthy growth.
