About the Course
Starting from the initial perception of tennis, such as ball throwing and catching games, it helps children get familiar with tennis and cultivate their ball sense. Then, through basic grip posture and racket swing exercises, children gradually master the fundamental skills of tennis. Later, simple rally practice and tennis mini-games, like the "Tennis Relay Race" and the "Target Hitting Challenge", are carried out to stimulate children's enthusiasm for sports and improve their practical combat abilities.
In the enlightenment tennis course, children run, jump and swing their rackets, and every movement is an exercise for their bodies. Frequent movement exercises the leg muscles, enhancing their strength and explosive power, enabling children to run faster and jump higher. Precise racket swing movements train the arm muscles and hand-eye coordination, making children's movements more agile. The quick reactions and changes of direction on the tennis court greatly improve the body's sensitivity and coordination. Persistent training over a long period can also effectively enhance cardiopulmonary function, improving children's endurance and immunity.
