Basic Parkour

Ages:

5 - 12

About the Course

It begins with basic movement exercises such as climbing, jumping, and rolling, helping children get familiar with the basic elements of parkour and cultivating their body control ability. Interesting scenarios like "Crossing the Obstacle Jungle" and "Adventure on the City Roof" are set up. In these simulated parkour situations, children can carry out practices such as leaping over and crawling through obstacles, mastering parkour skills while having fun and stimulating their spirit of adventure.

Parkour is a comprehensive sport that can enhance children's physical fitness in all aspects. Continuous climbing and jumping exercises the leg muscles, enabling children to have strong explosive power. Rolling and balancing movements strengthen the core muscle groups, improving body stability and coordination. Quick movement and the ability to respond effectively train children's sensitivity and reaction speed. During parkour training, children's cardiopulmonary function is also fully exercised, and their endurance keeps increasing, injecting strong impetus into their healthy growth.
