

About the Course
Through physical fitness training, we help children improve their physical quality, shape a good personality, and enhance brain function, thus enabling them to grow comprehensively in physical, mental, and intellectual aspects. Based on the characteristics of children's growth and development, the laws of movement development, and the sensitive periods of physical quality, we have scientifically planned a standardized teaching syllabus for children of all ages and established a "four-dimensional" physical fitness training system. The course is also equipped with a scientific thinking physical fitness testing system and a physical fitness rating system, aiming to provide the most scientific physical fitness training for children and cultivate future elites.
Our courses cover a variety of interesting training programs, ranging from basic walking, running, jumping, and throwing to the training of special abilities such as balance, coordination, and agility. In each session, through carefully arranged courses and teaching aids, children's spatial perception and adaptability are exercised; their sense of rhythm and jumping ability are improved; and their sense of balance and core stability are cultivated. These training programs are not only rich and interesting but also can fully stimulate children's sports potential.
After systematic physical fitness training, children's physical quality will be significantly improved, and there will be obvious progress in aspects such as muscle strength, endurance, and flexibility.
